Hi, I’m Oscar and I have been playing with LEGO ever since I got my first box of bricks.
It was a plastic tub of bricks with some basic instructions. Mum built one of the sets, and as a 5 year old, I had great fun playing with it. My first actual set was the LEGO City Fire Plane (4209) that Dad got for me on a work trip in Sydney. I remember swooshing it around as high as I could and playing with the function where you could release water from the bottom.
I would always ask for LEGO City sets for Christmas and my Birthday and it’s still the theme we have the most of in our house. In more recent years I have come to like Star Wars and Minecraft sets too. The coolest things about these are that they both have awesome LEGO counterparts!
Most of the time I enjoy reading, playing and tinkering with LEGO, playing Minecraft and using my imagination (LEGO is an extremely good outlet for doing this)
I hope you enjoy this epic blog we have made!

Hi, I’m Adam. I love LEGO…. A lot.
For over 30 years I’ve been playing with LEGO bricks. Looking back to when I was 9 years old, you would think that there’s only so many times you can build the same house with the same set of bricks. Not so!
After entering the Dark Ages where LEGO took a back seat to other toys (many cars), now that I’ve got two great kids, my LEGO obsession has come back with a vengence. I think deep down we all would like to admit that the reason we have children is so we can buy LEGO “for the kids”.
Oscar and I love building LEGO sets together, checking out new releases and exploring the joy that LEGO brings to our lives.
I’ve not yet forgiven Oscar for printing out a full colour 70 page LEGO catalogue on the home printer, given printer ink is more expensive than unicorn blood, but we’re getting closer each day.
Outside of LEGO I work with Data Centres – Huge technical buildings with heaps of power, connectivity and security. They’re where the Cloud lives. I also enjoy Formula 1, Obstacle Course racing and keeping fit.
We hope you enjoy this page, and feel free to get in touch.

In addition to the sets we buy, sometimes we receive LEGO sets and other goods. This doesn’t guarantee a positive review, but if we have received the set, we’ll always make it clear to you. Sometimes we also use affiliate links on our site. If you click them and purchase something, we may receive a small commission. That money evaporates straight into hosting fees and other costs to run the blog, but hey, a couple of dollars is better than a kick in the pants right?
Any opinions on the blog are those of the author (Adam or Oscar) and not influenced by any third parties. If we love it, we’ll say so. If we don’t, we’ll say that too. But generally, who doesn’t love LEGO? 🙂
